Delivery times will only begin from the date of payment and/or certification of payment of the order.
1. If the customer is not there when the delivery is made, a delivery notice will be left in their mailbox inviting them to collect their package from the post office or the carrier.
Delivery will be considered as having been made from the date of the first presentation of the goods to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. The delivery of the goods will be made with the signature by the receiving customer of a delivery note when sending by Colissimo with tracking against signature, or deposited in the mailbox for a Colissimo with tracking, a Lettre Max or a Lettre suivi without signature. Any package mentioned as delivered by Colis Poste cannot be the subject of a complaint of non-delivery by the customer.
The customer is obliged to check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery.
In the event of a package being returned to our company for various reasons (for example, unclaimed package, NPAI - does not live at the address indicated -, refused package, etc.), the goods will only be shipped again at the customer's expense. The amount of the reshipping costs will be charged at the actual cost quoted by the carrier taking into account the weight and volume of the item, and no longer on the basis of a minimized flat rate as displayed on the site at the time of sale. In the event of a refund request, the latter will be made with deduction of our actual shipping costs.
Packages not claimed at the collection point within the time frame indicated by the carrier are automatically returned to the sender. Once the package is returned to the seller, the buyer will be refunded the amount of their order (excluding delivery costs), using the same payment method as for the purchase. If the customer wishes to have their package returned, they will have to place a new order. A minimum amount of €3 will be deducted from the refund (management and return processing fees).
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Return of our items is not permitted.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited, within a few days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
