  • How do I measure the recommended millilitres?

    It is very simple: the dropper pipette supplied with the bottle is graduated in millilitres (ml), which allows precise dosing at each intake. Simply draw up the liquid to the indicated mark (1 ml) according to the desired dose, then place it directly under the tongue or in a little water or herbal tea.

  • Should it be taken before or after meals?

    The elixir can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Thanks to its liquid format, the absorption of the active ingredients is fast and effective, whether in a glass of water, a herbal tea or directly under the tongue for a more targeted action.

  • How long does one bottle last?

    A 100 ml bottle lasts about 30 days at a rate of 3 to 4 ml per day (in one or several intakes), according to the recommended dosage.

  • Is it compatible with a medical treatment for endometriosis?

    Yes. The formula was designed to gently accompany menstrual pain, including in cases of endometriosis. None of the plants used has a hormonal action: it therefore does not interact with the hormonal treatments prescribed in this context. The plants act peripherally (nervous system, uterus, digestive sphere…) to naturally soothe discomfort.

    Nevertheless, if you are under treatment or being monitored for endometriosis, it is recommended to consult your doctor or midwife before use.

  • Can the elixir be taken even if you are on the contraceptive pill?

    Yes, without any problem. The Menstrual Comfort elixir contains no plant with a direct hormonal or phytoestrogenic action. It acts only on the symptoms linked to periods (pain, tension, spasms) via anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and relaxing mechanisms, without interfering with the functioning of hormonal contraception.
