Puis-je prendre l’Élixir OPK Love si je prends la pilule contraceptive ?
Oui, c’est possible. L’élixir n’est pas contre-indiqué avec la pilule, mais ses plantes agissant sur l’ovulation (comme le gattilier ou le framboisier) auront une action limitée, car la pilule bloque le cycle hormonal naturel.
En revanche, certaines plantes restent utiles même sous pilule, comme :
Gymnema, pour la régulation de la glycémie,
Pissenlit & Ortie, pour le drainage hépatique,
Sabal, en cas de signes d’hyperandrogénie (acné, pilosité…).
Il peut donc être utilisé comme soutien de terrain, et est particulièrement pertinent en préparation à l’arrêt de la contraception hormonale.
