  • Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): Provides energy, activates phase I of liver detoxification and also helps metabolize glucose. Women who have sugar cravings often have a thiamine deficiency/deficiency.
  • Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): important for liver detoxification, energy production and proper functioning of the thyroid gland.
  • Vitamin B3 (Niacin): very important in the production of bile therefore essential for the proper elimination of estrogens
  • Vitamin B5: it supports liver detoxification, supports the proper functioning of the adrenal glands
  • Vitamin B6 (Piridoxyn): It binds to estrogen, progesterone and testosterone, helping to detoxify excess amounts of these steroid hormones, thereby reducing the risk of hormone-related cancers.
  • Vitamin B12: It is important for the activation of hepatic elimination for the production of red blood cells and DNA, as well as in the proper functioning of the nervous system.
  • Chlorella: it is an algae
  • Chlorophyll
  • Wheatgrass
  • Garlic (Allium sativum): I prefer it in tablet form because it is difficult to consume or add to your meal (if the intestines are not very sensitive) - 1 clove of garlic 3 times a day
  • Bear's garlic (Allium ursinum): I prefer this plant because it is less irritating to the digestive system. I like the hydroalcoholic extract = 45 drops per day are enough and ideally start with a small dose and increase gradually.
  • Coriander: It will help mobilize heavy metals so that they can be eliminated. Also in the form of liquid extract, up to 30 drops per day.
  • Already mentioned in the first part of the article (go read)
