Up to 4 ml per day, especially in the evening, diluted in a drink (water, herbal tea, juice, etc.).In case of sleep disturbances, it is possible to take the entire dose 30 minutes before going to sleep.
- If I am tense andstressed/anxious during the day: 1 ml in the morning + 2 to 3 ml in the evening.
- If Iruminates in the evening and it keeps me from sleeping: 2 ml around 7 p.m. + 2 ml 30 minutes before going to sleep.
- IfI can't sleep or I wake up at night: 3 to 4 ml diluted in very little water before going to sleep.
