3ml per daydirectly into the mouth or diluted in a glass of water.

Atstart of breastfeeding or if there is a reduction in the quantity of milk, you can take2 ml every 3 hours(corresponding to the interval between each feeding) until the flow is regular.

Afterwards, you can return to the recommended initial dose.
