Questions & Answers

  • Is this elixir enough on its own to boost lactation?

    It can support lactation, in particular in case of a temporary drop linked to stress or fatigue, thanks to galactagogue plants such as fenugreek and anise.

    However, milk production rests above all on the baby's stimulation at the breast. The elixir acts as an overall support for the body and emotional balance, and can be combined with lactation support if needed.

  • Can the Milk of Love Elixir be taken from the birth of the baby?

    Yes, it has been formulated to gently accompany the immediate postpartum, including the very first days after childbirth. The selected plants support the coming in of the milk, the mother-child bond, and emotional and physical recovery.

    Recommended dosage: 3 ml per day, directly in the mouth or diluted in a glass of water.

    At the start of breastfeeding or in case of a drop in lactation, it is possible to take 2 ml every 3 hours(corresponding to the interval between each feed), until a regular flow is regained.

    You can then return to the dose of 3 ml per day.

  • How do I measure the recommended millilitres?

    It's very simple: the dropper pipette supplied with the bottle is graduated in millilitres (ml), which allows precise dosing at each intake. Simply draw up the liquid to the indicated mark (1 ml) according to the desired dose, then place it directly under the tongue or in a little water or herbal tea.

  • Should it be taken before or after meals?

    The elixir can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Thanks to its liquid format, the absorption of the active compounds is fast and effective, whether in a glass of water, a herbal tea or directly under the tongue for a more targeted action.

  • How long does a bottle last?

    A 100 ml bottle lasts around 30 days at a rate of 3 to 4 ml per day (in one or several intakes), according to the recommended dosage.
