Description

The DEFENDERS Elixir is a synergy of medicinal plants and mushrooms created to naturally support the immune system. Designed by a naturopath-herbalist, it helps strengthen the natural defences, reduce vulnerability to infections and support episodes of immune fatigue.

Main indications:

Strengthening of the immune system (prevention or support)

Use

As a winter preventative treatment:

Can The Defenders be taken alongside a medical treatment or other supplements?

Yes, this elixir can be taken alongside a healthy lifestyle, a medical treatment or conventional food supplements (vitamin C, zinc, etc.).
It is formulated with tonic and immunomodulating plants, with no known interaction at the recommended doses. It acts gently to strengthen the natural defences without over-stimulating the body.
In the case of a chronic condition or a specific treatment, it is always advisable to seek the advice of your healthcare professional.
When in the year should The Defenders elixir be taken? And does it also work if I am already unwell?

The The Defenders elixir can be taken:
• as prevention, as a long-term course of 3 weeks to 1 month, at seasonal changes or during periods of stress, fatigue or prolonged exposure to viruses
• or at the first signs of a mild infection (cold, sensitive throat, viral fatigue, etc.)
Unlike some purely preventive supplements, this elixir is also effective in the acute phase. Clinical studies have shown that plants such as echinacea and black elderberry can reduce the duration of respiratory infections and ease the intensity of symptoms when taken as soon as the signs appear (Barrett et al., 2010; Krawitz et al., 2011).
Ideally: a long-term course to strengthen the defences, and an occasional dose at the first signs to support the body naturally.
How do I measure the recommended millilitres?

It's very simple: the dropper pipette supplied with the bottle is graduated in millilitres (ml), which allows precise dosing every time. Simply draw up the liquid to the mark indicated (1 ml) according to the desired dose, then place it directly under the tongue or in a little water or herbal tea.
Should it be taken before or after meals?

The elixir can be taken with or without food, morning and/or evening. Thanks to its liquid format, the absorption of the active compounds is fast and effective, whether in a glass of water, a herbal tea or directly under the tongue for a more targeted action.
How long does one bottle last?

A 100 ml bottle lasts around 30 days at a rate of 3 to 4 ml per day (in one or more doses), following the recommended dosage.
