  • From what age can the First Moons Elixir be taken?

    This elixir was specially designed for young girls from the appearance of their first periods, generally around 11-13 years old.

    It can also be used a few months before the first menstruation, in the event of marked signs of puberty, to gently support hormonal balance and support the establishment of the cycle.

    It is ideal up to 16-18 years old, an age at which one can then move on to other elixirs better suited to the hormonal needs of a young adult woman.

  • Can it be taken continuously or only during periods?

    The elixir can be taken continuously for the first 2 to 3 months to regulate the hormonal terrain.

    After that, it can be used a few days before and during the period in the event of pain or more marked emotional symptoms.

  • How do I measure the recommended millilitres?

    It's very simple: the dropper pipette supplied with the bottle is graduated in millilitres (ml), which allows precise dosing every time. Simply draw up the liquid to the mark indicated (1 ml) according to the desired dose, then place it directly under the tongue or in a little water or herbal tea.

  • Should it be taken before or after meals?

    The elixir can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Thanks to its liquid format, the absorption of the active compounds is fast and effective, whether in a glass of water, a herbal tea or directly under the tongue for a more targeted action.

  • How long does one bottle last?
