• Raspberry buds*–Rubus idaeus– Buds – 99 mg BF
• Apple tree buds*–Malus communis– Buds – 99mg BF
• Ginger*–Zingiber officinalis– Rhizome – 60mg PS
• Downy birch buds*–Betula pubescens– Buds – 49 mg BF

3ml per daydiluted in a drink (water, juice, etc.), to be taken10 days before menstruation and during menstruation if pain.

• If cycle irregularity:3ml per day from the end of bleeding until the next period. If irregularity and pain = take continuously
• If significant pain, it is possible to go as far as5ml twice daily during difficult days
