  • Can this elixir be taken continuously or only during periods?

    The Abundant Moons Elixir can be used in a targeted way, from the first signs of a period, to naturally support the days of heavy flow.

    For a rapid symptomatic action, it is advisable to take 5 ml twice a day, very lightly diluted in water, in order to promote a more direct and effective absorption.

    If you know that your periods are systematically heavy, you can start taking it a few days before they arrive, then continue throughout the duration of the bleeding.

    In the case of very irregular cycles or marked hormonal imbalances (endometriosis, fibroids, etc.), it can be useful to combine the Abundant Moons Elixir with the Hormonal Balance P Elixir, to act more deeply on oestrogen dominance.

  • Does the Abundant Moons Elixir stop periods?

    No, this elixir does not stop periods. It does not interrupt the natural menstrual cycle, nor the flow of the period.

    Its role is to support and modulate excessive menstrual flow, by helping the body to regulate the intensity of the bleeding, while supporting the natural physiological mechanisms.

    It does not block ovulation or menstruation, and contains no hormones.

    It acts gently on the uterine and hormonal sphere, to reduce discomfort, limit excessive loss and promote overall wellbeing during this phase of the cycle.

  • How do I measure the recommended millilitres?

    It's very simple: the dropper pipette supplied with the bottle is graduated in millilitres (ml), which allows precise dosing every time. Simply draw up the liquid to the mark indicated (1 ml) according to the desired dose, then place it directly under the tongue or in a little water or herbal tea.

  • Should it be taken before or after meals?

    The elixir can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Thanks to its liquid format, the absorption of the active compounds is fast and effective, whether in a glass of water, a herbal tea or directly under the tongue for a more targeted action.

  • How long does one bottle last?
