Key plants:

Mahonia : Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, it helps soothe inflamed and irritated skin, reducing redness and inflammation often associated with acne.
Chasteberry : This key ingredient helps regulate progesterone levels, restoring hormonal balance and promoting clearer, healthier skin.
Ashwagandha : An adaptogen that helps balance the stress hormone cortisol, reducing the impact of stress on your skin and helping prevent breakouts caused by emotional factors.
Burdock : Traditionally used for its purifying properties, it promotes the proper functioning of the sebaceous glands and helps maintain clear skin.
Wild Pansy : Excellent for promoting the elimination of toxins and improving the appearance of the skin, it helps to clarify the complexion and reduce imperfections.

Use

3ml to 4ml per daydiluted in a drink (water, juice, etc.). Possibility of taking a break during menstruation or reducing the dose to 1ml.

For ofsevere acne, the treatment is to be done for 6 months
For ofmoderate acne, 3 month treatment
For ofmild acne or only around the menstrual cycle: possibility of taking the elixir only around periods of acne outbreaks

Grâce au questionnaire d'Angelica, nous avons pu trouver exactement l'elixir dont j'avais besoin pour harmoniser mon corps qui rentrait depuis quelques années en prémenopause (41 ans). J'ai pu voir les effets dès la 1ère semaine de cure (retour de mes règles et la peau se calme doucement), après 1 mois résultat vraiment parlant et 1 mois 1/2 après, je n'avais plus d'acné juste les cicatrices à traiter.
