This concentrated elixir combines carefully selected medicinal plants, recognised for their regulating action on the pituitary-ovarian axis* and their ability to support the natural production of progesterone.

Use

3ml to 5ml per day diluted in a drink (water, juice, etc.). From day 7 of the menstrual cycle until day 21 of the cycle, then reduce the dose to 1-2ml per day until your period arrives.

If amenorrhoea (no periods) take continuously until your periods return
If coming off the pill : 5ml from the end of your period until the next one, for 3 months, combine with The Depuratives Elixir
Weaning from breastfeeding: to recover your cycle and reduce the quantity of milk (or stop it), start with a 3ml dose and increase by 1ml each week up to 5ml

Not recommended for children under 12, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women (breastfeeding women unless they wish to begin weaning). Do not use if you are on hormonal contraception.

Questions & Answers

Can I take this elixir if I am on hormonal contraception (the pill, hormonal IUD, etc.)?
Yes, it is generally possible, but with one nuance to be aware of.
The elixir contains plants that act in particular on mood (such as Ashwagandha,) and slightly on emotional comfort. These actions are entirely compatible with taking contraception.
However, the elixir also and above all contains chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus), a plant that stimulates the natural production of progesterone by acting on the hypothalamic-pituitary axis. Yet when you take hormonal contraception, your menstrual cycle is artificially regulated, meaning that ovulation is blocked and the production of your own hormones is paused.
There is no known risk in combining chaste tree with the pill, but it could simply be pointless hormonally, since the cycle is inactive.
In some cases, the elixir can nevertheless provide valuable emotional support even while on contraception.

How do I measure the recommended millilitres?
