Our "Good Mood" elixir is a special preparation based on natural ingredients selected for their medicinal properties, beneficial for emotional balance and supporting good mood.

Key plants:

Griffonia: A direct precursor of serotonin, it can therefore help support good emotional balance and promote a feeling of well-being.
Ashwagandha, Jasmine: Helps reduce stress, soothes anxiety
St. John's Wort: Mood Support
Jasmine: Stimulates positive emotions and promotes a feeling of inner calm

Use

1 to 3ml per daydiluted in a drink (water, juice, etc.).

Mild/seasonal depression: start the treatment at the beginning of autumn and take for 1 to 3 months depending on symptoms
Emotional lability before and/or during menstruation:3ml per day and up to 5ml on “difficult” days. CombinePremenstrual Harmony Elixir and/orHormonal Balance P

Precautions for use:

L’Élixir Good Mood contient des plantes qui modulent les neurotransmetteurs (sérotonine, dopamine, GABA). Par précaution, il n’est pas recommandé de l’associer à un antidépresseur de type IRS/ISRS (inhibiteur de la recapture de la sérotonine) ou à tout traitement qui agit fortement sur la sérotonine, afin d’éviter un risque de potentiation ou de syndrome sérotoninergique.
