Use

3ml to 5ml per day diluted in a drink (water, juice, etc.) .
To be taken from day 10 to 12 of the menstrual cycle until your period arrives, as a course of 3 consecutive months. Afterwards, you can use it occasionally according to your needs.

If symptoms are particularly intense, the dose can be increased up to 5 ml per day.

If very significant physical symptoms before your period (tender breasts, cramps, fluid retention…): combine with Hormonal Balance P Elixir
If very significant psycho-emotional symptoms before your period (low mood, anxiety, mood swings…): combine with Good Mood Elixir
If symptoms last longer than the second half of the cycle and you are over 35: combine with La Chamana Elixir

Questions & Answers

Can I take this elixir if I am on hormonal contraception (the pill, hormonal IUD, etc.)?
Yes, it is generally possible, but with one nuance to be aware of.
The elixir contains plants that act in particular on mood (such as Griffonia, which supports the natural production of serotonin) and on emotional comfort. These actions are entirely compatible with taking contraception.
However, the elixir also contains chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus), a plant that stimulates the natural production of progesterone by acting on the hypothalamic-pituitary axis. Yet when you take hormonal contraception, your menstrual cycle is artificially regulated, meaning that ovulation is blocked and the production of your own hormones is paused.
👉 There is no known risk in combining chaste tree with the pill, but it could simply be pointless hormonally, since the cycle is inactive.
In some cases, the elixir can nevertheless provide valuable emotional support even while on contraception.
